The UK’s biggest touring outdoor cinema company, Adventure Cinema, is proud to announce Film & Food Fest, a brand new touring, socially spacious festival for Summer 2021 and we can't wait to come to Swansea!

Featuring four days of outdoor cinema with classic movies and recent releases, stand up comedy from some of the UK’s best-loved comedians, local street food and specially curated short films from Welsh film makers.

Adult tickets start at £16.50 (plus booking fee). For afternoon showings, children under 12 years can go half-price!

Singleton Park

🚢The event site is located within Singleton Park, behind the Botanical Gardens. The shortest route to the event on foot is using the park entrance on Gower Road/A4118.
🚌 There are a number of bus routes that will get you to the park, please check local routes.
πŸš— From the city centre, travel along the A4067 Oystermouth Road. The closest public car park is at the Recreation Ground Car Park.


Sean McLoughlin (Friday & Saturday)


Sean McLoughlin is an acclaimed stand-up comedian, described as “The best comedian you haven’t heard of” by Time Out and “an impassioned and uniquely brilliant talent” by The List. He has performed several UK tours and provided tour support for Ricky Gervais, Bill Burr, Doug Stanhope and Katherine Ryan.  
Sean has also been seen on After Life (Netflix), Live at The Comedy Store (Comedy Central) and Brexit Stage Left (Viceland).

Eshaan Akbar (Sunday)


Eshaan Akbar is a regular voice on BBC Asian Network where he hosts a weekly show on Saturday as well as filling in frequently on the Breakfast and Drivetime shows. He has also appeared on shows such as Mock the Week, QI, The Now Show and Frankie Boyle’s New World Order. 
Previously of Barclays and Merton Council, Eshaan holds a Masters in Global Governance and Public Policy and an undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance and Management, and has written articles for The Guardian, The Times and The Huffington Post. He is also a former Bollywood dance choreographer. Is there anything he can’t do? Yes. He can’t tie balloons once he’s blown them up. Which made his job as a children’s entertainer very short-lived.

Thursday nights are all about short film


Thursday evenings at Film & Food Fest will feature a special showcase of short movies from some of the regions finest independent filmmakers. Highlighting the work of local creatives, giving their films a major platform and giving audiences an exclusive chance to see some fantastic new cinema!  
We will be donating £2 from each ticket sold on Thursday nights at Swansea to the Taliesin Arts Centre. A local arts hub who exist to enrich the cultural lives of individuals and communities across the Swansea region.
